The Big Issue not only needs your support while vendors are off the streets – we also need you to help us scoop the coveted PPA Cover of the Year prize.
We teamed up with the agent provocateur of political satire Ralph Steadman last September for the eye-catching cover. Steadman conjured up a grotesque sketch of the then-Prime Minister wannabe and now 10 Downing Street incumbent Boris Johnson.

Steadman wasn’t a fan – he told us: “I saw him as a scatty clown. Actually, I wouldn’t say clown because that’s an insult to a clown. Clowns can be quite funny and nice. But not Johnson.”
We’re big fans of the design though, and so are magazine body PPA. The Big Issue cover is in the running for the Cover of the Year award, which is decided by a public vote.
Each winner from every #PPAAwards category has been decided by our judges apart from ONE category which will be decided by YOU – PPA Front Cover of the Year, sponsored by @ShutterstockNow. Vote here for your favourite cover from the shortlist below: https://t.co/z1dQGu8Jj6pic.twitter.com/9CF481JjQf
