Inside the Big Issue: Cynthia Erivo is expecting to fly

The part of Wicked looks set to cement Cynthia Erivo’s superstar status for good. Read her Letter to My Younger Self in this week’s Big Issue

Why football chants are the new folk music

You don’t need to be a football fan to find the sound of a crowd singing together profoundly moving. And you don’t need to be a Liverpool FC fan to find the Kop End singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” a breathtaking spectacle.

Promises are easy to break. Sign Big Issue’s petition for a Poverty Zero law and help us make tackling poverty a legal requirement, not just a policy priority.
